Many audiences argue that the God’s Word, The Bible, is a book full of lengthy names and unnecessary laws. For this reason, it’s important that we advertise The Bible as what it truly is—a book full of hope and peace that can comfort all people.
The audience can include all types of people, because we are all God’s people. Some religious books focus on certain age groups, and in doing so, leave decades out of the loop. The Bible can bring hope and respect to all people:
Do not rebuke an older man harshly, but exhort him as if he were your father. Treat younger men as brothers, older women as mothers, and younger women as sisters, with absolute purity.
-1 Timothy 5:1-2
I feel that the wide age range of this book is our biggest advantage when selling. Not all literature can be widely distributed among different ages, but The Bible is different. It brings hope to all ages willing to put their faith in it.
Another advantage to selling will be the content of The Bible. Some self-help books can bring temporary knowledge and a sense of accomplishment, but these feelings are nothing compared to that of reading The Bible. It’s not a pointless book with a pointless plot about fantasy dragons and unicorns.
If we market The Bible as a book that not only is for all, but brings hope to all, then we can’t go wrong.
I understand that not all people worship God, which can pose a small problem when choosing where and when to sell. But one question that does not arise is whether or not to sell.
The Bible is the most-selling book of all time. Don’t believe me? Check out the numerous articles listed below, all proving The Bible has every book ever written beat by millions of copies. Wikipedia even excluded The Bible from its list of top 10 books, because the number of copies sold is nearly impossible to calculate!

Written in every language, sold to just about every country, The Bible tops all the charts with a whopping 6 billion copies.
The reality is, the number of Bibles sold each year is unwavering. It’s still the top-sold book in the world, to this very day. I believe this is just an invitation to keep selling more Bibles, and more hope, until the entire world gets to experience it.
Peace.
